Chinese Porcelain Plate, Kangxi Period (1662-1722) – blue & white, peony flowers
Superb Chinese porcelain plate/charger, beautiful and rich decorated with large peony flowers amongst stylised scrolling foliage painted in cobalt blue oxide underglaze.
Excellent condition, typical kangxi fritting at the rim (barely visible from the frontside) – further only the typical traces of production – see photos.
