Rare Chinese Porcelain Plate, Kangxi Period (1662-1722)
A very fine Chinese porcelain plate from the Kangxi period, circa 1700, made of thin porcelain, with a magnificent and rich iron-red and gold decoration.
Condition: some typical „kangxi fritting“ on the rim, barely visible star hairline on the underside – otherwise only the usual signs of manufacture and use (e.g., inclusion inside, missing paint).
