Antique chinese blue & white Brush Washer, 19th Century, Kangxi Mark
Beautifully painted with on the front and back each two boys holding a vase, in between each a bird sitting in the flowering branches. Good underglaze blue decoration on clear white porcelain. On the base a 4-Character Kangxi Mark.
Perfect condition – only the typical traces of production and use.

Chine de commande Porcelain Dish, Qianlong Period, ca. 1780
Extremely fine chinese porcelain dish or bowl, nice decorated with walking scholars in a village, mountains and lake landscape. In the background a fisher man. All painted in a high quality cobalt blue oxide underglaze – a rare type of Chine de commande.
Excellent condition: backside three short lines in the glaze and one minute frit at rim, hard to see – further only the typical traces of the production and use.

Small Chinese Cizhou Ware Stem Cup – Yuan/early Ming Dynasty
Extremely rare Cizhou Ware from great shape. The Stem Cup is covered with a creamy white slip and freely painted with leafes in a deep chocolate-brown glaze. Inside marked with a stylised character, likely “tun” that may be translated as “gulp” – Yuan or early Ming Dynasty.

Large antique sancai glazed Vase, Qing Dynasty, 19th Century
Unusal chinese vase with “Four Gentlemen” decoration in sancai glaze. The “Four Gentlemen” or “Four Noble Ones” is a collective term referring to four plants: the plum blossom, the orchid, the bamboo, and the chrysanthemum. They represent the four different seasons – the plum blossom for winter, the orchid for spring, the bamboo for summer, and the chrysanthemum for autumn.
Excellent condition: small firing error with hairline at the mouth – further only the typical traces of production (baking traces at stand ring) and use.
