Antique chinese Porcelain Star-Burst Bowl, first half 18th Century
Rare bowl glazed in blue with painted decoration of stylised chrysanthemums and foliage. The underside has a mark associated with the Yongzheng Period (1723-1735).
Similar bowls were found in the „Kangxi Bintan Shipwreck“ / „Blue Chrysanthemum Wreck“, sunk around 1710.
Excellent condition: little chip at the base rim, see photo 2 and 3 (possibly from production) – further only the typical trace of production and use.
