Extremely fine chinese porcelain dish or bowl, nice decorated with walking scholars in a village, mountains and lake landscape. In the background a fisher man. All painted in a high quality cobalt blue oxide underglaze – a rare type of Chine de commande.
Excellent condition: backside three short lines in the glaze and one minute frit at rim, hard to see – further only the typical traces of the production and use.
